We will provide a complementary group transfer from the Copenhagen airport to the hotel on September 14, and from the hotel to the airport on September 17.

Janet has provided our partner, Modern Adventure, with the dietary restrictions she has on file.  If your needs have changed, please contact Janet. Modern Adventure will work hard to try to accommodate dietary restrictions as much as possible.

EPIC is a mandatory event for Chapter members. If you have a conflict arise and need to cancel, please reach out to your chapter officers or Janet. Please note that your booking is non-refundable, and governed by the Terms and Conditions of our travel partner, Modern Adventure.
